YKW-T400 truck mounted water well drilling rig adopts heavy truck HOWO 6x4 special vehicle chassis, and the power station, double winch unit, mud pump, rotary table and drilling tower are installed on the chassis, which is convenient for transportation and good mobility.
YKW-T400 rig is equipped with proper drilling tools, which can be used in Quaternary strata such as clay layer, sandy soil layer, weathered rock and bedrock. The drilling rig is reasonable in design, complete in matching and superior in performance. It can realize various drilling processes (such as mud circulation, air foam drilling, pneumatic DTH hammer drilling, gas lift reverse circulation drilling) to adapt to different strata.
1) The machine is equipped with four hydraulic outriggers, which can act simultaneously or independently, which is convenient for rapid leveling of the drilling rig. Moreover, the two rear legs can be extended horizontally, which improves the stability of the whole rig.
2) The rotary table is of lever type, with hypoid gear transmission inside. The transmission is stable and the torque is large.
3) The rig is equipped with a large displacement reciprocating plug pump produced by well-known domestic manufacturers, with large flow rate and high pressure, which can ensure the smooth progress of drilling construction.
4) The main and auxiliary hoists have large lifting force, which can meet the needs of normal drilling, and have the ability to deal with general well accidents.
5) This machine is equipped with an auxiliary rod unloading oil cylinder, which is used to push the ratchet of the rotary table to rotate in reverse direction. The first thread of the drill pipe joint is removed, and then the rotary table is used to reverse the rod unloading. This greatly reduces the labor intensity and improves the service life of the machine parts.
